Provisional ReservationAfter it has been confirmed that
the accommodation you wish to book is available for the dates you require and we
have also confirmed the cost of your holiday you will be given a booking
reference which you must enter onto the online booking form (a link into
which can be found at the bottom of this page). The accommodation will be provisionally reserved for only 5
days from the actual date on which we supply you with your booking reference.
This will allow you adequate time to make your booking. How to bookFor:- Casa Pequena
only (for
bookings of less than 7 nights)
For clients booking less than 7 nights accommodation in the casa pequena only, you will be required to make a 120 euros deposit payment via PayPal and then pay the balance due on your arrival in cash (euros). Therefore to make an online booking for the above, please complete and submit the online booking form (a link to the booking form can be found at the bottom of this page), and then pay a 120 euros deposit via a bank credit or debit card, or PayPal account, using one of the two secure payment PayPal '120 Booking Fee' boxes featured on our booking pages, (you must quote your name & booking reference, & click on the 'PayPal Buy Now' button which will then enable you to make a payment via a secure server).
On receipt of your completed online booking form and deposit payment we will email you to confirm your reservation and the outstanding euro balance amount. We will also provide you with any other details relevant to your booking, including directions on how to get to the accommodation.
For:- Casa Pequena/Bona Vista Country House combined (all bookings) OR
Bona Vista Country House only (all bookings) OR Casa Pequena only (for bookings of 7 nights or more)

You must quote your name & booking reference, & click on the 'PayPal Buy Now' button which will then enable you to make a payment via a secure server.
EXCEPTIONS TO PAYING 120 EURO DEPOSIT PAYMENT if electing to pay by PayPal and with a balance of over 1900 euros and it's less than 12 weeks before commencement of your holiday, or paying by PayPal with a balance of under 1900 euros and it's less than 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday - view relevant part of our booking terms & conditions for what initial payment to make. Also if you are electing to pay by bank transfer & at the time of booking it is less than 8 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday - view relevant part of our booking terms & conditions.
On receipt of your completed online booking form and relevant deposit payment or instalment payment (view relevant part of our booking terms & conditions), we will email you to confirm your reservation and also confirm the outstanding uro balance amount which can be paid either by bank transfer or via a bank credit or debit card or PayPal account using one of the two secure payment PayPal 'Pay balance or instalment' boxes featured on our booking pages.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS On receipt of your final balance payment, we will email you to confirm the completion of the booking process, also provide you with any other details relevant to your booking, including directions on how to get to the accommodation. CancellationIn the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, we will always refund you in full any amounts already paid to us in respect of your holiday. If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason more than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday, we will refund any monies already paid to us, minus 120 euros (equal to your deposit). If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday, we will attempt to re-let the accommodation for the dates you have booked, and if successful, we will refund monies paid to us minus 120 euros. If we are not successful in re-letting the accommodation for the dates you have booked, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the monies paid to us. It will automatically be assumed that you have cancelled your holiday reservation if we do not receive the full outstanding balance of your holiday payment on or by the due payment date or in the case of a balance payment by instalments, if any instalment is not paid on or by the due date. We strongly advise that you take out adequate holiday insurance which will cover you in the event of a cancellation.
